Abandoned cart not sending emails

My WooCommerce store is connected to the Mailchimp plugin (v2.8.1). All orders have been successfully synchronized and the connection is working.
I started the “Abandoned cart” automation about a week ago, but no emails have been sent. I signed up with a test email that is not associated with my store, abandoned the cart, but did not receive an email.
I’m reviewing the logs and I see that various abandoned cart-related events are triggering, but I don’t understand much of it.
I would appreciate any help!
