    I set an automation for abandoned carts, one our.

    One customer got the email an hour after purchase.

    Second customer got it an hour after the order was send.

    Whats going wrong here?

    Could you please confirm if your account name is “van Vliet Kachels”, and if the automation you are referring to is named “Abandoned cart”?

    Confirmed, van vliet kachels

    Abandoned cart trigger is set, though it sends an email when the purchase is completed. Customers replied in confusion.
