Hello since March my capture of abandoned carts stopped working, nothing was changed in the system.

    Can you help me?

  • Hey @lenz_poa

Thanks for getting in touch. Definitely curious as to why you’re suddenly seeing those Abandoned Cart emails no longer send, though I’m afraid that we will be limited in the information we can look at here in the support forums.

As some background context, when someone abandons the checkout page of a WooCommerce store with the “Email Address” field populated with a valid email address, MailChimp For WooCommerce sends an API call to MailChimp so that it creates a new “transactional” list member in MailChimp and queues up in the Abandoned Cart Automation.

Since it’ll be important to analyze the API calls being sent from WooCommerce to MailChimp, we’ll need to defer to MailChimp Support as they’ll be able to help you look into account-specific details like those API calls. You can reach out to their team via the Knowledge Base here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options

That said, when reaching out I would include some site information about your store including the versions of WooCommerce, MailChimp for WooCommerce, PHP, and MySQL being used to help clear out some initial troubleshooting and speed up the troubleshooting process. My best recommendation would be to take some screenshots of the WooCommerce System Status page to share with MailChimp. That page can be found under WooCommerce > System Status, as explained here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/

All this said, let us know if you have any further questions. I’m happy to help.

I have the same problem. I don’t know what to do.

Will contact Mailchimp support, but it doesn’t look this plugin has been tested enough.

Hello @nicomollet I followed the instructions above and this is working again sending the abandoned cart.

    Hello @lenz_poa
    Thank for your reply.

I don’t see any instructions other than contact the support.
Did you actually fix something in your website?
    Kind regards

    It was by email then.

Just delete the automation from the abandoned cart and redo it. You probably edited or changed the name of the mailing list so that the cart stops working.

Anyway, it excludes automation from the cart and redo it

I believe it will work for you as well.

Thank you for your help, I will try to recreate the automation.

I removed the automation and created another one, now it works ??
    Thank you
