Abandoned by support AGAIN!

I’ve been abandoned by support again! Just like the last time you have fixed half of the problem and then gone completely silent on me, leaving me STILL with a half-working plugin. This plugin hasnt worked yet and I’ve been working with you for 3-4 weeks now to get it resolved.
Why do you keep going silent and leaving me in the dark?
What is wrong with your support system? It is incredibly frstrating. Are you resolving the ticket after fixing half of it and then a closed ticket doesnt accept responses?
PLEASE fix the WHOLE issue before closing the ticket and going silent. Please take ownership of issues raised and see them through to completion.
Why is it that the only way i can get a response from you (on an already open ticket) is to create a post on here, even though, on here, you say to raise a support ticket with you directly and not to post on here.
Many questions, but ultimately, please can you just resolve the issue i raised 3-4 weeks ago and stay with me until it is fixed?
