    For some reason several people have complained that they are getting abandon cart emails even though they have purchased the item already, it’s confusing them and they are getting worried the sale didn’t go through and then cancelling their order. What could be the issue?

    Hi @gypsygraphics,

    This is strange, it is not a known issue. Can you please confirm whether they have purchased the item using the checkout link we are sending in our cart reminder email?
    Our plugin considers the cart as recovered when the abandoned item has been purchased using the checkout link that is sent in our reminder email.
