    Hi,

    In the last few weeks we’ve had several clients contact us asking whether the order went through. They are receiving an order email, a Paypal email saying that they’ve paid AND they are receiving an abandoned cart email as well. The abandoned cart email is being sent the same time the order is being placed and it contains the same items.

    We have changed the abandoned cart setting to 120 minutes from 60 minutes to see if that makes a difference.

    We wondered if anyone else was having a similar issue. We’ve not had it until recently.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

    This is strange. We tried but we are unable to replicate the same issue on our end.

    Can you please confirm whether they have purchased the item using the checkout link we are sending in our cart reminder email? What is the status of those carts in the Abandoned Orders tab?

    Our plugin considers the cart as recovered when the abandoned item has been purchased using the checkout link that is sent in our reminder email.

    Can you please let us know if the customers who report this problem uses a particular payment medium?
