    Hello, the abandoned cart emails are sent even if the customers buy the product despite the filters configured in the flow (see photo below).

    Thanks for reaching out. A 10 minute delay is a very short amount of time before sending an Abandoned Cart email. In this case, if a customer starts a checkout (and the event is recorded in your Klaviyo account) but pauses for even a few minutes before completing the order Klaviyo will still send the Abandoned Cart email due to the fact that a Placed Order event has not yet been recorded in your Klaviyo account. We recommend a delay of 2-4 hours between the Started Checkout event and sending the first email in your flow. Please see our Help Center article for more information.
