ABANDON CART EMAIL NOT TRIGGERED

I use the latest wordpress and woocommerce and mailchimp for woocommerce plugin. My store is connected well and I have a NEW ORDER CONFIRMATION CAMPAIGN which works well but I also have an ABANDON CART CAMPAIGN which is not triggered. I left something in my cart to see if it works but no email is triggered. What is the Abandoned cart timeout for mailchimp and why is it not triggered ?
