This fixed it for me:

.ab-block-layout-column {
    
     display: flex;
     flex-direction: column;
     padding: 10px;
     justify-content: space-between;
}

Thoughts on how to apply this to archive pages? Seems we can no longer edit the archive page layout from the dashboard.
