Aakar Theme Large Image making me scroll done

I took over a website for a friend starting a non profit. The site is in bad shape, and I am trying to figure it all out. I have been struggling for the past few days on this issue with no luck. If you go to the website on every page you have to scroll down. I am trying to figure out why there is a giant image that on every page I have to scroll down to see the post. I have double checked, and there is no header image or background image that is making it this way. Let me know if I need to post any code and where you would like me to pull it from. I do not know how he set this image up, and neither does he.
