A4 Label created in A5?

You can now change the format of the labels within the setting, see – https://www.dropbox.com/s/e3aqkmud700wdss/Screenshot%202020-08-06%20at%2014.26.09.png?dl=0. You can set it to A4 there.

If you take a look at the screenshot I’ve linked, you’ll see that A4 is exactly our setting.

The issue is that even if we set A4, the labels are created like… the screenshot in the link!

So please check the link in the opening post.

Can you reach out to your DHL representative and see if this is a setting within the portal itself?

Also, I am not clear on how you used to print two labels in an A4, can you explain?

We have the same Problem. We dont want print two Labels on A4 we need the Old and want print one Label on A5. The Portal made it right. And i must go into the Webportal to made the print OK.

Please we need Print only One by One and we don’t change it.

@kukitom You can change the format of the labels within the plugins setting, see – https://www.dropbox.com/s/e3aqkmud700wdss/Screenshot%202020-08-06%20at%2014.26.09.png?dl=0. You can change it back to A5 there, did you try?

I change it 910-300-600 and then download it again. Nothing change. Its A4 and on Right side the Label. Sorry

You have to delete and recreate the label again, did you do that?

bulk label is not possible at all, half of the label is not visible.

I have to download every single label very laboriously.

Single label looks same like @frafor

What size format are you using in the settings?

@haislshop is the individual label cut off or only the combined bulk label?

only with the combined bulk label

with the single label it has now slipped to the right, that wasn’t before either. Like in the picture of @frafor

Can you switch to “910-300-700-oZ” in the label format and see if it fixes the bulk issue? You will have to re-create the label.
