A-Z listing widget and Woo Commerce

  • I am using the A-Z listing widget in a Woocommerce page sidebar. I have tried several different options but the clicking on the widget is not filtering the page, can anyone help with settings please?
    I am trying to sort products in the ‘catalogue’ category and its children.
    I am using php 7.3.26, WordPress 5.6, and Enfold theme 4.7.6.3.
