a-z listing showing empty items?

    Is it possible to get the A-Z listing to show all items including the empty ones? The wiki doesn’t say that the shortcode accepts any parameters so I’m wondering if there’s a way to hook into it and force it to show empty groups.

    If so, can you point me in the right direction?
