A-Z listing problem

Hello,

i have a problem for listing all the brand with the shortcode a-z listing, the order is not alphabetical. I don’t understand the problem exactly. I thought at first that the plugin could not manage the display of the brands in the menu and on the page, so I deactivated the one in the menu but the problem is the same. I cleared the cache, same thing…
