A-Z listing not working properly with sticky header

    Hello dear friends! Thank you very much for this awesome plugin!

    When header is sticky, the header’s height is not calculated. So, when pressing the letter-button, it takes you as lower from the brands that start with the specific letter as the header’s height. Is there a way to fix this?
