a woocommerce extension has caused a conflict with woocommerce

hi there. Our ability to create a manual order in woocommerce on the back end disappeared today, and after deactivating numerous plugins – it turns out the culprit is the “woocommerce – gift card” plugin.

how do we contact woocommerce about fixing this plugin. It worked fine before – issue just started today.
