I’ve been experiencing a number of issues with Form Maker.
Ever since we’ve started using Form Maker a few months ago the Google Drive integration has not been reliable. Shortly after connecting Form Maker to Google Drive uploads will be accepted, but this will often fail after a little while.
Although that was annoying we were still receiving uploaded files as email attachments. Now that appears to have stopped working. The files will show as attachments but they won’t actually be attached. Also the Custom message that should appear after a form is submitted no longer shows; instead it is just a blank page.
I have seen a number of errors appear in the Postman log list, which correspond to missed email messages. The Postman error message is:
Could not create lockfile /tmp/.postman.lock
. This doesn’t appear for every email and some still come through, but they still exhibit the attachment issues.I have reconnected Google Drive again and the files upload there but, as with the attachments, they are not the full file, just the name and an empty file.
