Have you tried increasing memory? Did it not work? With high enough memory, the plugin can help you reduce amount of CSS.

To reduce the amount of CSS on your own, you could use Chrome dev tools or programs like https://unused-css.com/, https://github.com/purifycss/purifycss, https://purgecss.com/, or https://github.com/uncss/uncss.

Please note that we cannot assist you on using such third-party tools.

The maximum limit depends on your server. Please try setting your limit to 512MB by using define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );. If your server supports it, great. If not, nothing bad happens. Again, just try setting the limit to 512MB.

If in doubt, ask your hosting provider.

yes it is better to talk with hosting provider.

You can ask your hosting provider about current memory, or use the Site Health page in WordPress admin. But the hosting provider can tell you for sure.

That’s impossible to tell in advance. Each page of your website is different, so the amount of unused and used CSS can vary greatly.

You can use the tools I mentioned earlier to get a rough estimate beforehand. Again, I can’t really help with how to use those tools.
