A weird letter P showing right above Attach file link

I forgot to mention that the “P” doesn’t show up until I click in the description editor entry text area.

P is tinymce’s default style content. Tinymce needs a root block element, which is a paragraph by default, in order to be able to style content. So removing those paragraphs will only result in all content being wrapped into one single paragraph because tinymce is forced to use this as root block element.

I’m not talking about paragraph tags in the editor. I’m talking about the letter “P” showing up beneath the editor, outside the text area box of the editor. This “P” is going to raise all kinds of questions from my users when they are creating a ticket.

I’ll try to find a place to store an image of it, then include it here.

Look, here on the SupportCandy website. It does the same thing when opening a ticket with SupportCandy.

1. Go here: https://supportcandy.net/support-ticket/
2. Click inside the “Description * Detailed description of the ticket” textarea, as if you were going to enter some text.
3. Notice the letter “P” underneath the editor and above the “Attach file” link.

There it is. A letter “P”.
