A way to show artists participating to an event

    I would like to be able to add a list of visual art artists to an event.
    All those artists are member of our association (site build on Buddypress).
    Actually, I use tickets to do that but I have to do a lot of work to be able to add them as attendees (I rename it to be more significant for us, in french)
    Is it possible to be able to add attendees without going true reservation by the attendee himself? Like I am the administrator and I had wich ever I want in the attendee list (and ideally this list is connect to the member profil)

  • Sorry, I’m not sure if I understand what you want to do. Am I right in thinning you want to add attendees using the admin area?

    Sorry, english is not my first language…
    yes I think it will be great if I was able to add attendees from the admin area.
    After that, I’ll just have to identify the kind of ‘attendee’ we have.
    Is it possible with a piece of code or does it need to change the code somewhere?

    Where do you want to show the attendee information? In admin?

    Yes, in admin with the possibility to add the attendees by myself.

    That could only be done with custom coding. The code snippet below isn’t directly related, but it might provide a start.

    Sorry, can’t see were the change takes effect.
    I’ve put the code in functions.php and see no change in managing attendees.
    I’ll continue to work in the database: simplier for me. See what we will do in the future
