A Way to Quickly Convert AUTO Player Lists to MANUAL?

For Player Lists, I find using Manual is much more reliable for archival purposes. There have been times that changes on a Player entry, such as Competitions or Seasons, have messed up the Auto list from a previous season.

So essentially, I just want to convert an AUTO + Current list to a Manual list, leaving all the players in the Auto list still checked. I also don’t want to change the ID of the list (so no copy, etc).
