I have WP users that are not linked to any ActiveCampaign contact ID. Is there a way to filter the WP users screen to show those users, or is there a way to export those users.

I found the WP Fusion > Settings > Advanced > Export Users but I’m not sure how that operates. It sounds like it might ‘export’ / create new users in AC. (I couldn’t find documentation on it.)

What I’m trying to do is find mismatched WP <> AC records. Typically this would be where a user has a different email in WP than what they have in AC. So I would like to at least get an export of WP users that don’t have a saved contactID.

    Thanks,
    Norm

    Hey @normsash ,

The easiest way to do that would be to go to the Users list in WordPress, and at the top next to the Change Role dropdown you’ll see a Filter By Tag input box.

If you click that you can select “No Contact ID”, and click Filter. That will show you any WP users who aren’t in ActiveCampaign.

You can also run the Export Users operation from the Advanced tab in the WPF settings. That will create an ActiveCampaign contact record for any users that don’t already have one.

    Cheers

Perfect! Thanks… I didn’t realize “No Contact ID” was available under the tags filter so that will work.

I didn’t want to run the Export Users operation because I really didn’t want new users created in AC, I just wanted a true user export (e.g. csv or xls) file export.

    Thanks!
