A VERY NICE PLUGIN, BUT BRITTLE

I really like the design of this plugin. It’s simple to install, set up and manage. I’ve had pretty good support, too, over the period we’ve used it. As a non-profit comprised mainly of volunteers we have limited web skills and I expect that has contributed to the problems we’ve had, but we’ve experienced glitches along the way due to incompatibilities with themes, other plugins, and due to factors we couldn’t decipher. This has meant that on three occasions we’ve had to rebuild our website and reload our entire library. As our library grows, so that exercise becomes more time consuming and disruptive for us so we’ve decided with some regret to look for another solution to support our library. I expect we’ll end up with a solution that doesn’t offer the features of Memphis Docs but we need better stability.
