"a" versus "an"

I caught a grammatical error in the text and wanted to point it out to you:

Under PROTECTION OF CERTAIN PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION:
“If you are a registered user of an [Name] website…”

If the name begins with a consonant, “an” should be “a.”

Not a huge deal, but wanted you to know.
