A Versatile and Powerful Tool

This plugin offers a creative work around to smooth scrolling using hashtag links. I have used it on several sites where I used a fixed header and/or a secondary sticky menu and needed to control the offset of the scroll. Further, I was able to use class selectors and some CSS to customize the offset on individual pages. What a boon. It may conflict with other built in scrolling but has a toggle to turn off other third party scrolling. Manos solved a conflict with the Materialis Theme on a clients site. He diagnosed the issues quickly and offered the js to solve the problem. Highly recommend this plugin.
