Hi, desperately trying to create a new feed (using the most upto date version) and evertime Im about to complete the process I get the error:
“A variable mismatch has been detected.”
Very unhelpful error as I have no information whatsover where I should be looking or exactly what is wrong.

Some assistance would be most appreciated

  • Hi patricp10,

Are you logged-in to your wp-admin as administrator or as a different role?

    Thanks,

It may be faster to just ask someone who’s having this issue for admin and FTP access if you cannot reproduce the problem. Really worried because we’re now headed towards the Christmas rush and I cant create a feed that needs to be used for 4 countries

I can also confirm that the problem is still there. For me it always seems to be when I try to proceed form the Add rules page. The error happens whether or not I add a rule on this page

    Hi Eva,

    I’m logged in as Administrator.

Are you all using WPML and a currency switcher?

We are still trying to reproduce the issue but are failing. We did read that WordPress is planning to fix the issue in their 5.03 release (they pushed out 5.02 last night).

Anyhow, we will also keep searching for a solution.

    Best,
    Eva

Hi, I have the same problem after the filters and rule page. It’s also annoying to have to start all over again every time it happens.

I use 4.9.9 as well, I do have WPML but I don’t have currency switcher.

    Hoping for a solution soon.

Yes, we are using WPML with multi currencies (based on fixed rates). Updating to WP 5.0+ is not an option at the moment.

    Hi all,

We have just pushed out a new release of the plugin (version 4.02) with some changes in it. It might solve the issue, however we have no way of reproducing the issue and checking if the fix works so no guarantees.

    Best,
    Eva

    Hi,

Sorry to say, it is still a missmatch.

    /Patric

    Hi,

I have the same issue aswell, I’m currently runing the latest version of WordPress and Product Feed Pro. I’m using WPML too.

In case I’m doing an update in “Attribute mapping” saving it, I never got this issue, but every time I want to make any changes in “Feed filters and rules” I got this error.

If I add a new rule or filter or want to try to change a value I had saved, I can’t because after I press the save button I will have this error message.

    Hope this helped…

It worked for me now. Thanks!

    Hi Susanne,

Thanks for letting us know that the issue at hand has been solved for you.

Did you do any other updates in between (WordPress, WooCommerce)?

    Thanks!
    Eva

New attempt: we have pushed out a new release (4.0.4) with some fixes in it. It could solve the issue at hand.

    Have a great weekend,
    Eva

Hi, almost, not I got the “missmatch” message on the very last step for creating the feed.

    Hi Patricp10,

Thanks for your answer. The very last step is after the Google Analytics page you mean?

    Best,
    Eva
