    I try Google “Structured data testing tool”, i got this error “A value for the name field is required” on my “woocommerce single product” page

    is it from ultra theme?

    Google mark this “div” as an error (“name” attribute needed)

    I believe that output is directly controlled by WooCommerce. There looks to be Schema info there already so that’s good. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how to resolve, I haven’t investigated an enhancement like this before. You could perhaps look into a plugin to assist. Perhaps a search term along these lines. Let me know how it goes, interested to hear if you find anything good ??
