Hi there, I have been using this plugin for many years with Mailgun and never had any issue, but I believe from the last update sometimes it doesn’t work and I get the following errors.

A valid URL was not provided

I tried reinstalling the plugin, My site uses SSL as always and I also reinstall the SSL, Search replace URL from HTTP:// to HTTPS:// with no luck.

In Mailgun my domain is mail.example.com and my website domain is example.com and that’s how Mailgun recommends and used to work fine for ages.

  • Hi @mrgarry05,

Thanks for reaching out. Is there any kind of firewall on your server blocking the connection? The error message is common to WordPress and usually happens when you’re using unsafe URLs. Please contact your web host and check the server logs. There might be further details on the issue.

Reinstalling WordPress fixed the problem for me.
