A user has a new phone and can’t access site – can I reset their code somehow?

    One user is not tech savvy and has a new phone so I really just want to allow them to reset their access. Is this possible?

  • Hi, all you have to do is uncheck the Active box under Google Authenticator Settings for their profile and make sure you save the settings. Then they will have to set up Google Authenticator Settings again once they log into their account.
