Without custom code its not possible.

It also involves mysql count checks and some front end coding. So I’m afraid you need to hire a developer to complete the task. Sorry about that

Try to hire someone from peopleperhour, upwork, freelancer etc. They can finish the job in couple of hours

I love this plugin very much. And I support this request. Without this, Members could spam a community using compliments feature. None of us would want that.
