    I’m using Canvas and have added the placeholder to display images. When viewing the source of the broken image on the events page I see

    <img src="https://www.example.com/sbc/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/includes/thumbnails/timthumb.php?src=https://www.thumbnails.com/sbc/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2013/01/greater-final.jpg&h=100&w=100" alt="GR8TER" width="100" height="100">

    The path to the image is correct if I just got directly to the image in my browser it loads. I am in a multisite setup but does that matter? Why can’t timthumb find my images? The complete error I get when going to the URL of the image is

    A TimThumb error has occured

    The following error(s) occured:
    Could not find the internal image you specified.

    Query String : src=https://www.example.com/sbc/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2013/01/greater-final.jpg&h=100&w=100
    TimThumb version : 2.8.10
