A text field of the form does not get to me

    A text field of the form did not appear in the mail that I get.
    Let me explain: that text (last name) is present in the automatically generated email that is sent to the person who completed the form BUT NOT in the one sent to me (site owner) with the data of the applicant.
    I tried to replace it and did everything but … nothing!

    The form is this: link and the text that I do not get is the second from the top “il tuo cognome”
    Help!

  • Please include all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

    Sorry buzztone but I did not understand what I should do. I’m not really an expert … can you explain better?

    Please supply the info you have used in the sections marked 4 & 6 in that image.

    Many people just copy & paste the relevant sections as code here.

    For example the info from the default CF7 form looks like this:
