• There aren’t that many multi-vendor ecommerce themes out there, which is the main reason I originally chose this theme.

However, after less than 3 months of operating I’m switching to another.

The theme has a lot of bugs, is incredibly inflexible and the ‘support’ is atrocious.

I use a WooCommerce Booking plugin, but this theme won’t take the colour formatting for the ‘Book now’ button. So while all other CTAs are red, this single button remains purple.

There’s no flexibility in laying out product pages – you must take what comes out of the box. And the layout is terrible, and even worse if you are using bookings, with the CTA button not just below the fold but waaaaay below the fold.

The blog display page is horrific and there’s zero way of changing it – you can’t use picture tiles or even adjust the excerpts, the theme just vomits words all over the blog page and it looks like an 8 year old has designed that page.

But the absolute worst thing about this theme is the arrogant ‘support’. Yes there can be many reasons why something stops working, but I’ve contacted Envo three times to ask for help fault finding and every single time I’ve received an abrupt answer telling me to bother someone else as it’s not their fault.

Even when WordPress, WooCommerce and my own developer have confirmed there’s an issue with the theme – and I’ve shared their feedback to Envo with instructions on exactly how to make the fix – Envo comes back saying their theme works perfectly and I should contact someone else.

    Unbelievable.

I’m not usually compelled to write reviews but I think everyone should know how much this theme – and the ‘support’ – stinks.

Don’t touch it with a barge pole.
