Thanks for sharing. It looks like the src attribute is changed to a data-src attribute, as you can see in this video.

As there also seems to be an additional data-type="lazy" attribute can you share what optimisation plugins you have active, or alternatively share your Site Health informaton via this form.

That could be the case. Have you tried to temporarily deactivate that plugin, or use the plugin suppression option to stop it running on AMP URLs?
