• Extremely disappointed. Purchased an add-on that turned out not to work, but because of their “policy” no refund was coming my way. Every internet SaaS I’ve worked with in the past wanted to be sure that their product was helpful. These folks seem to just want to make money regardless of the lack of value their product brings.

    Customer and Service do not belong in the same sentence when describing this company.

    While you kindly share me your ticket ID, we issue refunds if after the client cooperates. We cannot grant refunds if no cooperation is offered as it will be really hard to cooperate that way. Cooperation is stated in our purchase terms and conditions that anyone can check here:
