I’m loving working with GeneratePress. The Premium theme is a must-have. Best of all, the customer support is swift, friendly, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.
2/27/20: I’ve had several experiences with GP since my initial review. They are the GREATEST! If you have a problem, they get back to you quickly.
8/8/2022: Superior customer service. They just fixed an issue with a new website I’m building. If I had to figure out the problem on my own, I would be Googling until the year 2075!
8/22/2025: I’m almost done building my website and have turned to Generate Press’s tech reps a few more times for help. When it comes to tech proficiency, I’m a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. So it’s extremely helpful to me to have GP tell me “Delete this CSS and replace it with this CSS.” The customer service is top-notch. I wish I could give GP MORE than 5 stars!
