A store offer blog

  • Hi.
    I am trying to build a WordPress site where users (say shops) can post good offers to a local community.

    I need some tips to good plugins if anyone can help me.

    I found a good plugin that restricts a user to certain posting categories.
    I want to lock a user to a place, store chain and type of business.

    I need a plugin that shows contact info and business hours on each users profile.
    Clicking on the user name only lists the post for that user.
    I could maybe hack the code to show user profile fields?

    Also need to know how to remove post that is too old by setting stop date.

    Maybe I should hack a real estate or car sale plugin?

    Some of the functionality that you mentioned (displaying business addresses and hours of operation) can be handled via a WordPress theme rather than a plugin. Membership functionality (restricting content via user profiles) can be delivered via a variety of plugins. Themes and plugins can vary widely in their respective functionality.
