• I am pleased with the software.

    Concerns have been raised about support and documentation, and I don’t think anyone will be surprised by these two areas. My support experience was positive – I heard back from the support team on my late night submission within a few hours, with a solution to my problem. Documentation was sparse – my specific error message appeared undocumented, but they do have lots of sample files to work from.

    I suspect most issues are like mine, with the data being imported, and less with the software – perhaps it could handle issues better but if we feed it garbage … even well formatted garbage that appears right to our eye but has some character type irregularity or junk infused by microsoft into the CSV could throw an issue.

    With some patience and some attention to detail we resolved our issues and I will continue to use the software on future projects.
