Thanks for reaching out @varunagw. Based on the error you’re encountering, I suspect that what may be happening is some of your site URLs on the Site Kit service don’t match your current set up for your site. This may be based on a previous site URL.

So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. What is the URL of the page where you see this error? I ask as this may contain a no longer valid callback URL, based on your previous site.

Given you have already reset Site Kit but from the final URL, I suspect we may need to update your records on the service. You can add a www path to your site URLs from your WordPress general settings if you’re happy to keep the www prefix (Settings > General). This should allow you to complete set up, however, please do share the information above should you not wish to do this.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi @jamesosborne

    1. I filled the google form

    2. https://finveez.com/wp/wp-admin/index.php?action=googlesitekit_proxy_setup_start&nonce=3c04e96c34

I do not wish to add “www”

I suspect we may need to update your records on the service.

Many thanks for the update @varunagw. I requested an check and update of your site records for the domain you provided. I’ll hopefully have an update for in the next couple of days. I’ll keep you updated here as soon as the check is complete. Until that time I don’t have any other workaround unfortunately.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Thanks for your patience on this @varunagw. From the checks performed on your site when attempting to correct your site records, it looks like you may have a couple of connected sites. Can you confirm that you are no longer using the wp-admin path associated with https://finveez.com/wp/? I ask as records remain for site old site remain active, with the wp-admin path for this site also accessible.

If the above is true and there is a separate WordPress install at https://finveez.com/wp/, without the front end publicly accessible, we can invalidate those records so you can proceed with setting up Site it at https://finveez.com/.

    Hi @jamesosborne

Yes, I have couple of connected sites other than finveez.zom

Regarding finveez: There is only 1 wordpress installation

Perfect, thanks for the quick update @varunagw. We’ll use this site and invalidate and records pointing elsewhere. I’ll let you know here once this is ready for you to attempt set up once more. Thank you.
