a simple step by step tutorial

Dear WordPress,

I have installed wordpress in localhost with XAMP, and I am at the dashboard. I wont a simple and quick tutorial either in youtube or pdf, that will guide me to develop a simple website.

most of the tutorials I found by googling, is either too long or a bit complicated.
