I’d like a simple way to add custom CSS to my site without having to force everything into the teeny tiny window that the Customizer uses. Is there a way to get a real editor window? Note that I don’t need special plugins to help me target elements or write the CSS for me. I just need a decent editor.

  • The beauty of open source is that you can always build your own when existing solutions that others have laboured to build don’t meet your unique needs!

The ones built into the Developer Tools of the browsers are pretty good.

I agree. And while at it, please don’t make me have to click away from the theme editor to Appearance>Customize>Additionl CSS, ok?

Where is the custom css written? Is it an include somewhere? Is it a file I can open with the theme editor?
