A similar website to Word Press that doesn't work?

When I do work on
https://www.nkscouting.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nkscouting.com%2Fwp-admin%2F
which changes to https://www.nkscouting.com/wp-admin/ once I log in,
and then publish any work on there, it supposedly updates it on my website called https://www.nkscouting.comHowever I was given a site with a similar URL that does not update my website (https://www.nkscouting.com) when I do work on that. It’s called
https://nkscouting.cat4dev.com/
So what value is this site? Will work on this site be DUPLICCATED on to https://www.nkscouting.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nkscouting.com%2Fwp-admin%2F
which changes to https://www.nkscouting.com/wp-admin/
when I log in ?Thanks for any help! Much appreciated.
