A second non-linked image is inserted before a linked image's /a

  • When adding two images next to each other, the second image takes on the link of the first image if the second image is added without a link.

    How to reproduce bug:
    1. Add Media with a custom URL link.
    2. Add a second image using Add Media without a custom URL.
    3. Look at code view to see second image is placed before the first image’s </a> tag.
    4. Attempt to add a link to image number two and it will change image one’s link as well.

    Is it occuing for single post or for all post? If it is occuring for all post then check after disable the plugins. maybe it’s happening due to any plugin.
