    And this same pause happens with Google Chrome too. Although the dialog doesn’t appear.

    I’ve Deactivated Yoast SEO for now. That’s solved the immediate problem.

    I could be wrong here … but it seems to be an issue only with Posts that were posted before the latest Yoast update. Posts posted after that seem to be fine.

    Having the same issue – all browsers are doing it – deactivated Yoast and everything works fine. Impossible to edit anything on the page with the Yoast plugin activated – I just updated as well.

    Don’t deactivate it, just roll back to 2.3.X. Download and install WP-Rollback plugin for this purpose.

    @Neap.Tide – Hey, is WP Rollback safe to use? It gives me a scary warning once I try to rollback Yoast SEO plugin saying:
