    Hi,

I’ve used Duplicator several times in the past successfully. I am now trying to migrate a SiteGround website to Gandi. Sadly, the pre-check keeps failing with the following error message:

    WordPress Root Path: /home/customer/www/mboxing.co.uk/public_html
A reserved file(s) was found in the WordPress root directory. Reserved file names include [dup-installer (directory), installer.php, [HASH]installer.php, installer-backup.php, [HASH]_installer-backup.php, [HASH]_archive.zip|daf, dup-installer-bootlog_[HASH].txt, dup-wp-config-arc__[HASH].txt]. To archive your data correctly please remove any of these files from your WordPress root directory. Then try creating your package again.

I have clicked ‘Remove Files Now’ and also tried Duplicator > Tools > Remove Installation Files but the error keeps happening.

    Can you help please?

    Thank you!

    Kia
