    We are trying to setup Facebook ads with WooCommerce using this plugin but keep running into the following error:

    A required field is missing: id

    All of our products have ID, so are not clear how to fix this issue? We’ve seen others have similar problems but no clear indication of how to fix it.

  • Hello @ivcatalina! I understand you’re having trouble setting up Facebook ads using a WooCommerce plugin. It seems like an issue with the product data on Facebook.

    To resolve this, you can try enabling Debug Tools and resetting your Facebook product data. Here’s how:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Go to Marketing > Facebook.
    3. Stay on the Connection tab and scroll down to the Debug section at the bottom of the page.
    4. Enable Debug mode.

    This will activate additional tools that can help us diagnose and fix issues with product sync.

    After enabling Debug mode, please reset your Facebook product data by clicking on “Facebook: Reset all products” in the Advanced Settings section of our plugin settings page.
