A request for an improvement

First of all, thanks for the plugin. It works great for me.
The only thing I dislike is the cooperation with scheduled posts.
Example:
If I write an article, I choose a keyword and enter it in the custom link list because some of the titles are a bit long. This works great. But if that article is scheduled to be published in 2 weeks, the link shows within minutes. The people who click that link will end up on a 404 page.It would be great if the plugin could check if a certain post is published, and only creates a link on published posts.
That way I can add keywords to the list, without worrying about 404 pages.
