A real problem-solver for Admins
-
This is a plug-in that nearly every Administrator would value. This means that if someone on your family WordPress site creates an account with either a cryptic or abbreviated name, or something silly like ‘motorhead,’ or even if you would like your list of a few dozen or a few hundred names to be consistent in their format, you can edit the exceptions easily and achieve that consistency. I hope the plug-in’s authors keep it up-to-date. It’s a little thing you likely won’t use too often after the first time, but it is certainly nice to know that you have the tool in your tool box. Also, don’t forget to let the edited user names know what their new username is, and that it is the combination of their new username and existing password that allows them access to the site.
