A quick ACF Field Group question

Hi. I would like to know how I can have the field group linked to custom posts. I created a group with 3 fields for current users. The 3 fields I created are,

1. Piece Title (_title)
2. Composer (_composer)
3. Piece Length (_length)

I wish to use the above 3 fields to create a Registration Form with ACF Frontend Form and use the form on a Custom Post Type. Each custom post have different dates as post titles so the value from the 3 fields will differ according to a user. Is there a way to create one registration form that can be used on a custom post type for current users or do I have to create separate registration forms with new fieldd? Can you advise? Thank you.
