A Question about Clearing Cache

    Hi, I do not need to clear cache very often as the site can go months without changing. At the moment I am only using basic page caching – I have no other options in settings selected (apart from preload).
    I want to use some more features and select many more options.

    Will I need to clear cache afterwards?
